Exec Session on HB 1032: Exception to Physical Attendance for Individuals with Disabilities
The House Judiciary Committee will be voting on HB 1032 during an executive session scheduled for next week on Friday, February 13th at 10:00am in Room 158 at 1 Granite Place, Concord, NH 03301! This bill will allow people with disabilities and household members that care for someone with a disability who serve on government-formed boards, councils and other public bodies to be counted as attending in person when participating in a meeting electronically.
Executive sessions are an important part of our legislative process. This will be an opportunity for the members of the committee to discuss the bill now that it’s had a public hearing and recommend to the full NH House of Representatives whether it should move forward or not. If you haven’t yet reached out to the House Judiciary Committee on HB 1032, now is the perfect time to do so!
You can attend the executive session in person and it will also be livestreamed here.
