GsilDuring the month of July 2024, in celebration of Disability Pride Month, GSIL featured a few of our favorite locals who are breaking barriers by proving that living with a disability doesn’t have to stop you from reaching your goals, trying new things, or living life to the fullest. However, July just wasn’t long enough to fit all of the incredible humans with disabilities who are breaking barriers so we are going to keep featuring these awesomely able people all year long and here on our website!
We have been fortunate to help many community members improve their circumstance through the hard work of our associates and the generosity of our donors. Some of our consumers have been forthcoming with their stories, and we salute them for their courage and wish them nothing but blue skies in the years ahead.
