    Consumer Advisory Committee

    The CAC (Consumer Advisory Committee) is an opportunity for consumers to offer feedback regarding the services GSIL provides them. CAC meetings are held quarterly on the third Tuesday of the month at 1:30 PM. Committee members may attend in-person at our Concord office (21 Chenell Dr. Concord, NH), or virtually via Teams.

    For each meeting, there will be a question from our Board of Directors presented to committee members. Participating consumers will be asked to respond to this question, providing constructive feedback and suggestions that may help us to continue improving our organization. The Board of Directors will deliver a response to the feedback that is given and share any steps they may be taking regarding issues posed and/or
    improvements to be made.
